آي بلاي زون – شروط الخدمة

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and I Play Zone and its
affiliates (hereinafter “I Play Zone”, “Us”, or “We”) regarding your use of I Play Zone’s websites,
digital products, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

In this agreement, “I Play Zone” refers to I Play Zone Digital Store, operating online from the United Arab Emirates.
“I Play Zone” also includes any affiliates, which means subsidiaries, parent companies,
partners, contractors, and other business entities under common ownership or cooperation.

Your use of the Service is also governed by I Play Zone’s
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

I Play Zone provides digital products including game keys, activation codes, gift cards, and
other downloadable or digital items. All users must be at least 13 years old or have parental
supervision to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access,
or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

المنتجات الرقمية والتسليم

All products sold on I Play Zone are delivered digitally to the email address or account used
during checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may require additional verification.

Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once delivered, unless required by
law or in cases where the code is proven invalid at the time of delivery.

مسؤولية الحساب

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login details, and any
activity that occurs under your account.

I Play Zone is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your
credentials.

الأسعار والمدفوعات

Prices listed on the website may change at any time without notice. All payments must be made
using the available payment methods at checkout.

In rare cases, if a pricing error occurs, I Play Zone reserves the right to cancel or modify an
order before delivery.

Some digital products are region-locked and may only work in specific countries or stores.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify region compatibility before purchase.

I Play Zone will provide region information wherever possible, but final responsibility lies with
the user.

السلوك المحظور

أنت توافق على **عدم**:

• التدخل في وظائف الموقع أو أمانه.
• استخدام الروبوتات (Bots)، أو أدوات الكشط (Scrapers)، أو أي أدوات مؤتمتة للوصول إلى الخدمة.

الاسترداد والدعم

Refunds are only issued in cases where a product is proven defective or unusable at the time of delivery,
and after verification by our support team.

I Play Zone does not issue refunds for incorrect purchases, region mistakes, or redeemed codes.
Support may request screenshots or proof during troubleshooting.

تحديد المسؤولية

المتجر غير مسؤول عن الخسائر الناتجة عن:

• أخطاء المستخدم، بما في ذلك عدم تطابق المنطقة الجغرافية، أو اختيار منصة خاطئة، أو حظر الحسابات.
• فشل خدمات الطرف الثالث (بلايستيشن، إكس بوكس، ستيم، نينتندو، إلخ).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Play Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after
updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
