Refunds Are Only Possible If the Code Is Proven Invalid<\/h3>\n<p>\nA refund may be granted <strong>only in cases where the code is proven invalid or not working at the time of delivery<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIf you believe you received a defective code, you must provide:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Clear screenshots or video proof of the error message<\/li>\n  <li>The platform used (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, etc.)<\/li>\n  <li>Your order number and email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nOur support team will verify the issue with the publisher or distributor.  \nIf the code is confirmed unusable, we may issue a replacement or a full refund.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>  \nCodes that show \u201calready redeemed\u201d cannot be refunded unless verified by platform support.\n<\/p>\n\n<br>\n\n<h3>3.
